Hi Guys,

It is Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in NYC. I am walking in MetLife Presents Snoopy in Fashion to Benefit Dress For Success, at 6pm., on Friday, September 7th. I am wearing a dress designed by my friend, Kristin Chenowith, who was in the movie, RV, with me. She was the one married to Jeff Daniel's character, if you saw the movie. The top designers, from all over, are all taking their inspiration from one of the Peanuts characters, and designing a dress, which will be auctioned off for the charity , Dressed For Success, which supplies disadvantaged women, who are re-entering the work force, with appropriate work clothes, and accessories. My dressed was inspired by Charlie Brown's sister, Sally, who Kristin Chenowith won a Tony for portraying. I am excited to see all the designs created after the Peanuts characters, and I am excited that the dresses will be auctioned off to help these disadvantaged women re-entering the workforce. It should be a fun night!

I will be in New York till September 12th, in various capacities: recording, charity work, walking in fashion shows, performing, , and visiting some friends.

Dear the myspace crewww..

How are you doing? I haven't been in touch I realise "publicly" through a bulletin for some time, but I'll write now that I have things to say..:) Hmm..

In the month of August I was travelling for a while, I was in Cyprus, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain.. It was a lot of fun and I'm glad I took the time out to do it! After I came back, pretty much in mid-August I did a recording/interview for Portúguese TV (national) and I believe it's going to be aired this weekend on the evening news (don't know why the news since I've never seen an artist reported on the news!).. Still, it was a lot of fun.. small thing, nothing major, 2 or 3 minutes long.. Anyhow.. I probably won't see it, or I'll force myself to since it takes me back to the early days of recording on tracks, when I hated hearing my voice on recording.. Well, back to square 1 with TV!! I'm not used to seeing myself moving and speaking back to "me" (apart from in stupid videos with friends and youtube etc where i can view the videos before they go up).. Hmm so I'm excited I guess!!

What else.... Hmm.. I was asked to be a Jingle girl for the radio Antena 3 here in Portugal, so I've spent the last two days in their studios working on their jingle, which I never thought I'd do (for those who don't know, a jingle is the radio's name you know that someone sings on that radio whenever they go t commercial or come back from commercial).. haha its a funny job and actually it's my first paid job..Curse taxes!! :P

Been out this week with a bit of flu, but today I feel substantially better.. Think I'm gonna go downtown a while..

I put up a version of the song All My Life by Kci and Jojo (that we recorded in Antena 3's studios for fun), but I don't think I'll keep it there too long.. since it was just for fun and there's another song anyway, called "20 Days" that's going up in it's place in maybe about a week, I don't know.. :)

summer's come to an end.. pretty much, next Tuesday I'm flying out to England again for my last year of university, but I'm still going to Rome before the semester begins.. Rome is a city I've really wanted to see in the last years when I began travelling a bit more.. Anyway, I will keep putting up music for you guys.. trying to write and keeping you filled in! This year is gonna be chaaaoooossss!!

There has been a lot of talk that I am going to be walking in the Marc Jacobs show next week in NY and as amazing and flattering as that would be, it is unfortunately not true. There may be confusion because as part of my internship with Teen Vogue I worked at his casting this week. I am a huge fan of Marc Jacobs and I can't wait to see all his new looks when they come out in the Fall.

Hi guys,

I'm back in the UK now fresh from Atlanta. Had a great time over there and got 2 more songs recorded!

The time with Neyo in the studio was so great, he's is so funny and great to work with! We recorded a track called 'I'm You' and he even put some BVs on the track too. Can't wait for you all to hear it too!

Neyo has his own chef called Junior who cooked us the most amazing food whilst we were in the studio - you can see me enjoying it in the gallery! I love a lot about Atlanta, the vibe , the music, the people but mostly the great soul food!!!

Whilst out there I went to see the new movie 'Superbad' - it is so very funny. I laughed so hard, in fact everyone in the cinema was, i'd recommend you all go see it! It will be a real cult classic I think.

Anyway have put a piccie of me and Neyo up for you to see too!

Yes it is excatly 1 day less than a year that Beyonce released her super hit album B-Day what is still being played on radio! Its Beyonce's 26th birthday tomorrow!

Beyonce performed a bunch of her hits with Destiny’s Child at her Los Angeles concert on Sunday night. Towards the end of Survivor, she surprised the audience by bringing former bandmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams on stage.

A day after Britney's first single got released, people are going crazy for it already on top of the raido playlist charts around the world! even the biggest Britney haters like it! Here are a few reviews from big websites!

Reader : The song, which features the singer's classic breathy vocals, a danceable beat and sexy lyrics, is listener friendly, according to Wade. "It doesn't sound like [her last big hit] 'Slave 4 U' but it reminded me of that because it made me dance,"

• The blog Blueprint to Buddha's Life writes: "I can't lie, I actually love this song. The beat is addicting as hell and reminds me of Justin Timberlake's songs on his album."

• Bethonie Butler on EW.com's Popwatch blog agrees. "My snap judgment: I don't hate it! I actually kind of (come closer) like it. The best part of the song isn't Britney 'singing.' It's her opening line: 'It's Britney, b----!' . . . This is definitely a dance track – one I could admittedly be seen singing at the top of my lungs on the Van Wyck Expressway."
