The National enquirer has let out sayin Nicole Richie has entered rehab!! The very thin simple life star and daughter to singer Lionel Richie, was supposed to of entered rehab to treat anorexia AND substance abuse, weighing a deathly 84lbs,

Reported that she checked into the Beau Monde Treatment Center in Corona Del Mar, California.When she arrived at the clinic, the 5-foot-2 celebutard weighed a shocking 83 pounds and was in tears that she had once again lost control of her life, says an insider.

BUT Nicoles rep says other wise, saying shes at home in Glendale!!!!

BUT The National Enquirer say the stick to their story 100% saying they have photo evidence and that they are trying to hide the story.
