While Girls Aloud pop star / X-Factor judge Cheryl Cole is in Africa climbing the worlds largest mountain to raise as much money as possible for charity her husband is living it up in London.. got really pissed and started mouthing off at the police.. then got himself arrested!

Ashley was held in custody at Brompton Road, South Kensington at 2.15am on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly (I throught that street everyday!)

Cheryl wont be very happy.. I wouldnt like to see her reaction! He was already in trouble with her during the year when he cheated on her twice!
