Justin Bieber was speaks to Ryan Seacrest about the chaos at his fan signing at the Roosevelt Mall where over 10,000 people showed up to meet him and things got a bit outta hand!
One of Justin's crew was arrested and the police threatened to arrest Justin and his mom too!
Justin also says that the warrent to arrest his manager (Def Jam's LA. Reid!) over the situation has not been cleared up yet!
Poor Justin.. Nearly arrested because hes is so popular!
