Lindsay Lohan celebrates her 21st party at hoe with her mother and 2 or 3 friends while Hilary Duff hits the night clubs to party hard, which she been doing alot of lately, first she was wearing BRIGHT red lip-stick what makes Christina Aguileras and Gwen Stefanis look baby pink! and a little skimpy dress! but if youve got it, flaunt it!
A month or 2 it would of been the other way round! hopefully she wont end up like Brit.
