Beyonce's "Bello Embustero (Beautiful Liar)," her duet with Shakira from "B'DAY Deluxe Edition," picked up a Latin Grammy Record Of The Year nomination, announced Wednesday, August 29, at a press conference attended by national and international media in Miami. The 8th Annual Latin Grammy Awards -- scheduled for Thursday, November 8 at Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas -- will be broadcast (IN AMERICA) live on the Univision Network from 8 - 11 p.m. ET/PT
